Brad was very professional and helpful and fixed my garbage disposal within minutes

Do NOT trust these people. First, they have a terrible answering service and will not let you talk to anyone that actually works at the company for simple questions. All they want to do is book paid appointments and say that you can talk then. I bit, against my better judgement, and the tech quoted me over FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace a $600 water heater at Lowes. I got it done, with labor, for $1k. Even just to replace a $200 part for it was quoted at $1800. They are ripping people off and will clearly rip you off, too. Do yourself a favor and find someone honest and reasonable.

I would like to say that Mark was fantastic he was very professional and stayed on task and some tasks were a little bit harder than others because of course with this house my dishwasher didn't want to fit right but he got it in there and he fixed it and that's the main thing cuz I really do not want to wash wash dishes so I appreciate your business you same day service I can't I can't hardly imagine that so in the future if I need a plumber y'all will be the one that I call and preferably mark thank you so much

Brad was really good. He was methodical and thorough. I was impressed how fast he got a big job done within a day. My waterline from the meter to the house was leaking. The new pressure valve and updated materials makes me feel good that my house will be good for a long time to come. Thanks Brad.

Brad Moore fixed my plumbing problem after 4 inexperienced plumbers. He knew exactly what to do. Repair fixed quickly and extremely efficient. He’s the best. Don’t use anyone but Brad!!

Brad was totally awesome! He came out to check on our water heater that was not working … talked us through the problem and next steps for replacing. Throughout the process, he was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to his return and future assistance with plumbing concerns.

Follow up: Brad installed our new tankless water heater today. He walked us through how to use it and made sure we had hot water throughout our home. His work area (our storage room) was cleaned up and organized before he left. We were extremely pleased with the courteousness and level of service we received from Brad @ Poseidon Plumbing.

Mark Bailey was excellent with putting in an undersink reverse osmosis system that I purchased. He never worked with this brand before but was able to figure it out with great expertise. In the process, he also identified that my plumbing was not ideal and going to cause a major clog eventually. He was able to explain it to me (someone with no experience) in an understandable way. It was easy to see his point about the pipes being forced into position to fit my old drain connection to the garbage disposal but now the water sits in the disposal instead of draining out properly. Everything was much pricier than expected, especially with the extra work recommended, but Mark was working under my sink and in the crawl space all day to create a new drain system. In the end, installing the RO system was the easy part. He worked hard!! He also suggested other things to improve safety but was not pushy about it, which I appreciated. Will be a task for another visit. Thanks Mark!

Addendum- had two slow leaks with the RO system so asked for Mark to come back. He was able to fix one but the other appears to be an issue with the product part. Mark patiently diagnosed where the leaks were coming from and sat for a while after fixing one to make sure it didn’t leak again. He also helped explore how to maintain the system with me. Appreciate all his hard work!

Brad Moore was great. Identified the problem quickly and efficiently and fixed it just as fast. I called at 1pm and Brad was at the house at 4pm and had the issues fixed by 5:30pm.

Mark Baily was the technician dispatcher to my residence. He was very pleasant and professional. He did work in my bathroom and on a drainage pipe outside my house. When he finished he took his time and showed me what he did. He also explained everything he did.
