Chris was extremely helpful and polite and he quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue as well as fixing a leaky faucet outside our house too. This company was referred to me by an acquaintance on facebook. Thought I would give them a try. Company was very responsive and quick in sending out a technician. Mark was polite and accurate in his repair but I'm a bit frustrated at the cost of it because it was less than 1 hour of work to unclog a T- pipe and I was charged $310, after a discount. That seems very high for a clogged kitchen sink.
