Poseidon did an awesome job and explained everything at every step—kept everything concise and helpful. They replaced our water heater and re-piped the crawlspace, which had a bunch of old polybutylene pipe hanging down from broken brackets. Spencer did the initial quote and was really honest about what he'd recommend we do, and then Luke Werner did an awesome job on the work and explained what parts of this 1994 plumbing had to be changed to match code. He was done before the estimated time on both days of the job and was really considerate about when he would do the loud parts of the job since we had babies and I'm working from home. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Another great experience with the team at Poseidon. We had a small issue with the flapper not seating correctly on a toilet rebuild, and they came out right away to replace the flapper at no charge (i.e., under warranty).
As well, they did a flush of our tankless hot water heater, and the process went smoothly and, thankfully, there is zero smell of vinegar solution after the flush.
