Poseidon did an awesome job and explained everything at every step—kept everything concise and helpful. They replaced our water heater and re-piped the crawlspace, which had a bunch of old polybutylene pipe hanging down from broken brackets. Spencer did the initial quote and was really honest about what he'd recommend we do, and then Luke Werner did an awesome job on the work and explained what parts of this 1994 plumbing had to be changed to match code. He was done before the estimated time on both days of the job and was really considerate about when he would do the loud parts of the job since we had babies and I'm working from home. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Another great experience with the team at Poseidon. We had a small issue with the flapper not seating correctly on a toilet rebuild, and they came out right away to replace the flapper at no charge (i.e., under warranty).
As well, they did a flush of our tankless hot water heater, and the process went smoothly and, thankfully, there is zero smell of vinegar solution after the flush.

YAY! We have water again! Thank you, Mark! Moved to the area a couple days ago to realize our over-decade-old hot water heater was full of sediment and sulfur smell. And the safety thing on top was donezo. Called a couple places but chose Poseidon Plumbing. Their communication to schedule the appointment and keep in touch with us was top notch. Mark Bailey showed up right on time and immediately got us going with the new tank. Talked to us about pipe upkeep, house foundations, water filtration systems, answering questions we had about these things. My 5-year-old son was also smitten with wanting to watch Mark work and offer him a snack. Mark was kid-friendly and gave Matteo Bear an awesome scuba adventure book and coloring sheets and crayons! Bear's sitting here now with them. Mark is super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Definitely helps our move-in go smoother, too. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I found Poseidon online, looked at their reviews, and chose them based on being locally owned and operated by a veteran. I completed an online work request at 11 p.m. at night and got a call from Poseidon at 8 a.m. the next morning. Mark Bailey arrived at 10:15 when he finished his first stop of the morning. Mark was friendly and professional. He assessed my water heater problem, made recommendations, and waited patiently while my wife and I made a decision. He proceeded to remove and reinstall a new water heater in a short time in a very cramped crawl space. I would highly recommend Poseidon and Mark to friends and family.
