I was totally pleased with Justin Shumaker's professionalism. He responded on short order when I reached out to Poseidon Plumbing LLC. He greeted me very pleasantly and had disposable shoe covers in hand when I met him at my door. This showed his concern for not soiling my carpet upon entering my home, which I appreciated. He was thorough in his assessment of my plumbing needs throughout my home, which includes two bathrooms and my kitchen. He then proceeded to evaluate my main concern, which turned out to be a broken pipe in my crawl space. He completed four separate estimates of various plumbing work for me to consider at some future date, aside from the separate estimate for the broken pipe. I do believe Justin was qualified to do the repair, but unfortunately, I simply could not afford the price, which was $1,062 and reduced to $946 when he made a phone call to his manager. I paid $84 for the service call.
