At 8:30, I was promised that a technician would be onsite between noon and 4 p.m. I was pleasantly surprised that Mark Bailey arrived at noon and quickly evaluated my plumbing problem… provided a quote and completed his work inclusive of cleanup by 2:30 p.m. Mark was kind, courteous and most qualified in his diligent repair. Also, while on vacation in Germany, even with the time difference, they sent Mark Bailey out to diagnose and fix the problem.
