Darien has over 10 years of experience keeping businesses running smoothly. She helps with marketing and customer care and loves making people feel heard. In her personal time, she enjoys family time, coaching, and the outdoors.
Luke
Field Expert
Luke brings years of plumbing experience and loves solving tough problems. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, helping in his community, and watching races on the weekends.

With over 10 years in plumbing, Nick is our go-to water heater expert. He takes pride in doing the work right. When he’s not working, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, and playing video games.
